We offer the following contract manufacturing services:

Deep Hole Drilling

We perform deep hole drilling in the diameter range of Ø 3 mm to Ø 20 mm, with a maximum drilling depth of approximately 1000 mm. Price upon request.

CNC Turning

On our modern CNC-controlled lathes with driven tools, we specialize in machining long (up to 1000 mm), thin tubes or components. Whether it's airspeed measurement tubes for aircraft made of chrome, nickel, or steel, or high-precision feed shafts for packaging machines made of aluminum—we’ll work with you to find the ideal solution for manufacturing your parts. Request a quote: we produce single parts, small batches, or large series for you.

Honing

To achieve optimal surface finishes in tubes and deep-hole-drilled parts, we use an in-house honing machine specifically designed for small, long bores. From an inner diameter of approx. 3 mm, bores can be honed over a maximum length of up to 800 mm. Depending on material, initial condition, and required specifications, surface roughness values of less than 1 µm can be achieved. (Price on request)

Shaft Straightening

A skill now mastered by only a few specialists. At our facility, shaft and tube straightening for diameters from Ø 8 to 80 mm combines the long-standing experience of skilled experts—who straighten by hand with trained eyes—with the latest controlled straightening technology. (Price on request)
